For the NHS, Paul has been involved in the redesign of the Statutory and Mandatory courses for the Core Learning Unit (Fire Safety, Health and Safety and Manual Handling), as well as designing bespoke courses in the areas of Data Quality and Process Mapping, Analysis and Redesign.
